[Act] Act site for Nordic Perl Workshop 2014 /npw2014

Hi,

and thanks. One questing though, the *docs dirs are behind a symlink... 
Do you have a trick to get so that I could use git there, since current 
versions of git don't follow symlinks. And don't see any of the sites 
actually in book/Act repo.

Kind of not using git is against nature. ;)
