Prepartion of SPW2014 site for testing

Hi Sébastien,

Please put the SPW2014 site online. Please add user "rba" as admin and the unix user "rba" to the svn repository.

DNS should still be ok and pointing to 
act.perl-workshop.ch.	CNAME	conferences.mongueurs.net.
