There is the mailing list
http://lists.yapceurope.org/mailman/listinfo/organizers
for Perl event organizers and while it is on the yapceurope.org domain
AFAIK organizers from all the world are invited.
Would it make sense to somehow automatically mention that list
to every organizer who show up on this (act) mailing list?
