[Act] Setup YAPC::NA 2015 test site.

Hi,

I’ve got a few setup requests.

1. On spectre, please setup an empty SVN repo named yn2015. The repo will track the current contents of these paths and you’re welcome to add the current contents if you need an initial commit.

/home/apache/htdocs/conferences-test/actdocs/yn2015
and
/home/apache/htdocs/conferences-test/wwwdocs/yn2015

2. Please setup http://www.yapcna.org/yn2015/ <http://www.yapcna.org/yn2015/> to track the yn2015 repo. It can go live now.

3. Setup toddradmin to be the admin on yn2015 and I’ll hand out the admin bits.

4. Go ahead and switch www.yapcna.org <http://www.yapcha.org/> to redirect to the yn2015 path.

Ideally we’d like to announce this 13 hours from now if possible.

If there’s anything I can do to help, I’m in #act for discussion.
