This list is actually targetted at Act *users*, i.e. mostly conference
organizers whose conference is hosted on the French Perl Mongers instance.

I think your email is more interesting to Act *developers*, especially
now that Theo van Hoesel managed to assemble a motivated team around
his TPF grant. I'll forward your email to that list.
