[Act] Customising the Payment

Hi!

(copying from irc):
09:32 < domm> for apw2014, we don't have the credit card system set up
09:32 < domm> so we're going to use regular bank transferes
09:33 < domm> which is (afaik) 'delayed' in act?
09:33 < domm> I want to add some info regarding the bank account to the order 
              form
09:33 < domm> and currently one cannot pick any of the options
09:34 < domm> (regular, business, ..)
09:34 < domm> there's just an input box labeld Donation
09:34 < domm> so, where and how can i fix that in act
09:34 < domm> ?

any ideas?
