[Act] Error 500 URGENT

please dear Act maintainers and admins...

This problem is not limited to the TPC in Glasgow, but affects ALL instances

Would any of you please be so kind to take a look into it?

Interesting enough, as far as i can see, it's only the `~/talk` the rest seem to be working fine
