Message-ID: <532253ff-50ce-93c0-9520-922f4798eb1e@frankfurt.pm> Hi all, since 3rd Nov, we have a pending commit (a6f72d3687ffb0ff0f0c4eb76c772d4d62b3658d ) in https://github.com/Act-Conferences/gpw2020, but that change doesn't appear on http://act.yapc.eu/gpw2020/ . Is there anything we can do? We'd like to announce the 2020 registration, but the text on the website is somewhat misleading and we'd like to avoid that. Thank you very much for running Act! -max -- -- Frankfurt Perlmongers c/o Max Maischein R?derbergweg 167 60385 Frankfurt UStId./VAT-Id: DE282955092 Vorstandsmitglieder Ren?e B?cker - Wieland Pusch - Max Maischein -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Several repo were dammaged yesterday after I forced shutdown off the server. Maybe some were before. I fixed them all before restarting Act. For what I see, it seems the site GPW2020 is now up to date with the repo. Technically, this needs two components where I need help: - A repository (proposed name: tprc-2018-amsterdam) needs to be created on https://github.com/Act-Conferences/. Committers are Samantha (samcv), Detlev (detlevh), Melinda (damnlie) and myself (HaraldJoerg). It should be initialized with the content of tpc-2017-amsterdam, but I guess I can do that myself once I have commit rights. - The conference needs to be included into Act's configuration and update cron jobs. Dear masters of GitHub and Act: Could you please help me get it started? -- Cheers, haj From th.j.v.hoesel at gmail.com Thu Dec 19 14:32:24 2019 From: th.j.v.hoesel at gmail.com (Theo van Hoesel) Date: Thu, 19 Dec 2019 14:32:24 +0100 Subject: [Act] The Perl/Raku Conference 2020 in Amsterdam wants to run Act In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <03C70BAD-1DD5-474F-BDF8-CAB2A7648EBE@gmail.com> Hi Harald ... and others mentioned in his original e-mail. I have done a major push to GitHub: https://github.com/Act-Conferences/tprc-2020-amsterdam guess you prefer 2020, instead of 2018 ? If you need any further help with that design, contact me. There are a few things I would like to change anyways, but a lot is well thought through at that time, thanks to outsider input Cheers > Op 19 dec. 2019, om 14:11 heeft Harald J?rg het volgende geschreven: > > Hi Act people, > > on behalf of the organizers of next year's European Perl/Raku conference > in Amsterdam I took the role of initializing their presentation in Act. > > Technically, this needs two components where I need help: > > - A repository (proposed name: tprc-2018-amsterdam) needs to be > created on https://github.com/Act-Conferences/. So the name for the Act config is, as intended, tprc-2020-amsterdam. -- Cheers, haj From haj at posteo.de Sat Dec 21 17:04:56 2019 From: haj at posteo.de (=?UTF-8?Q?Harald_J=c3=b6rg?=) Date: Sat, 21 Dec 2019 17:04:56 +0100 Subject: [Act] The Perl/Raku Conference 2020 in Amsterdam wants to run Act In-Reply-To: References: <03C70BAD-1DD5-474F-BDF8-CAB2A7648EBE@gmail.com> Message-ID: <6e33b4af-d122-49dd-d665-218cc0fa19b3@posteo.de> I wrote: > On 12/19/19 2:32 PM, Theo van Hoesel wrote: > >> I have done a major push to GitHub: >> >> https://github.com/Act-Conferences/tprc-2020-amsterdam > > Excellent! It would be great if we could actually get write access to that repository! "We" = Samantha (samcv), Melinda (damnlie), Detlev (detlevh), and myself (HaraldJoerg). Perhaps Detlev already has access, since he did commits in 2017, but he isn't available right now, and maybe other volunteers will join in later.
