[Act] The Act test instance is not updating for GPW2022

Hi all,

I've pushed some commiuts to gpw2022/master , but the changes don't show

Another push, and I broke updating anoter time. Please somebody give it 
a kick. If there is anything I should do different, please tell me, 
since I don't know what I'm doing wrong ...
