[Act] Domain act.yapc.eu points at 163.172.71.72 (again) but no valid certificate

The act.yapc.eu domain had been removed from the list of Act domains
since the fact that it didn't resolve was preventing all certificates
from being generated.

Maddingue is fixing the issue as I'm typing this.
