[Act] ACT down?

Hello, Lee.

This turned out to involve not just the VM that hosts ACT but the
physical server that hosts the VM. Sadly, this meant that the VM
hosting mailman went down as well which means we didn't get your
message until the issue was resolved.

The physical server rebooted, complained about a SMART error and
waited until someone was actually able to press F1 and let the
boot continue.

ACT is back up and running.

Laurent Boivin and I are using the fact that we're both at PTS 2024 to
brainstorm both what can be done to prevent this from happenning and
what can be done to resolve it faster should it happen anyway.

I will keep the list posted.
