[Act] yapc.eu (and act.yapc.eu ) now registered to Frankfurt Perlmongers e.V. , Act DNS moved provider

Hi all,

thanks to the efforts by Ask and Rob, the yapc.eu domain is since 2024 
(?) registered to an EU entity, the Frankfurt Perlmongers e.V. Today we 
also moved the domain registration from Tucows to Hosteurope.

Due to this move, the DNS setup got lost for about 3 hours until Act 
users looking for information on the German Perl Workshop informed me 
that act.yapc.eu was unknown.

I've now hardcoded the addresses as CNAME records for 
conferences.mongueurs.net , but if somebody has other preferences, 
please tell me!
