Old test sites are unavailable?

Hi,

I was trying to hack something on the Kiev's test site and cannot view it
using web.

For example,
http://test.mongueurs.net/ye2012/
http://test.mongueurs.net/ye2013/
etc. all give 403 Forbidden error.

Is it an expected behaviour? If I am not mistaken I was able to edit old
test sites before.
