Hi Mark,

Git repository is available 
(ssh://git@github.com:Act-Conferences/lpw2016.git) with the same team as 
last year.

The test site is online : http://test.mongueurs.net/lpw2016
I copied the files from lpw2015 (production).
I just change 2015 into 2016 in the README.md and the act.ini


User 'markie' is unknown: I cannot grant it with admin rights.
If you have another user to give me (or if you create it on the test
site), I'll grant it with the privs.
