Subject: [Act] New Act site for SPW2018

Hi all,

For the Swiss Perl Workshop 2018 we like to get a test and production Act site, based on the SPW2017 site.

Please add me (github: rba, TEST: user/174, PROD: user/1000) and Lee Johnson (github: leejo, TEST: user/283, PROD: user/10652) to the sites and please make us admin.
Please set payment_type to ?delayed? and the currency to ?CHF?.

Just for info: Neither date, nor venue location are set yet...
