[Act] github Act-Conferences perms for leejo

Hi Lee,

As said on IRC, http://act.yapc.eu/lpw2017/ is live!
And indeed leejo works fine when I type the correct command
(/me whistles, looking at the ceiling...  :-) )
So, you're admin of both test and prod lpw2017 (according to Act)

Good luck organizing the conference!
