[Act] Act is not updating for GPW2026

Hello Max,

I run some checks and I cannot see anything worng on the Act server.
I committed 861d273 (just adding a comma) to see if an update runs its
way up to the website: it does.

Can you be more specific on what you expect and what you get (or
don't get)?
